Hours: Consultations and mediation sessions are available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. CST to 5 p.m. CST.
Peaceable Divorce provides the following services:
● Marital settlement agreement
● Weekly sessions (one to two hours) with both partners until all issues required by law are agreed upon
● Alimony, or resolution around maintenance
● Resolution around child support
● Parenting plan (if applicable)
● Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) completed within one week after last session, which couples will bring to court to be approved by a judge
Peaceable Divorce offers in-person and virtual divorce mediation services, depending on your preference and availability. If you wish to do in-person mediation services, we will find a location near you, such as a shared office space. If you wish to meet virtually, we will conduct mediation sessions over Zoom.
Divorce mediation does not require a divorce attorney. This ensures the process is less expensive for the couple.
