Peaceable Divorce offers the following services:
● Weekly sessions (usually one to two hours each) with both partners until all issues required by law are agreed upon
● Marital settlement agreement
● Resolution around maintenance, or alimony
● Resolution around child support
● Parenting plan, if needed
● Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) completed within a week after the final session, which will be taken to court to be approved by a judge
Whether you prefer to engage in divorce mediation services in-person or virtually, Peaceable Divorce can accommodate your preferences and availability.
If you prefer in-person mediation services, we will meet at a location near your home or work, such as a shared office space. If you prefer to meet virtually, we will conduct divorce mediation sessions over the video platform, Zoom.
