Completion of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) within one week after the last session, which couples will take to court to be approved by a judge
Peaceable Divorce offers both in-person and virtual divorce mediation services, depending on your preference and availability. If you prefer in-person mediation services, we will find a location near your home or work, such as a shared office space. If you prefer to meet virtually, we will conduct mediation sessions over the video platform, Zoom.
