Hours: Consultations and mediation sessions can be scheduled 7 days a week from 8 a.m. CST to 5 p.m. CST.

The following services are available through Peaceable Divorce:

●     Divorce mediation

●     Marital settlement agreement

●     One or two-hour weekly sessions including both partners until all issues required by law are agreed upon

●     Resolution around maintenance (also known as alimony)

●     Resolution around child support

●     Parenting plan, if needed

●     Completion of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in one week after the final session, which couples will take to court to be approved by a judge

Peaceable Divorce offers either in-person and virtual divorce mediation services, depending on your preference and availability. For in-person mediation services, we will find a location near your home or work, such as a shared office space. For virtual mediation services, we will conduct mediation sessions over the video platform, Zoom.

Divorce mediation doesn’t require a divorce attorney, which makes the process more affordable for the couple.
